Mother Brittany Miller was stunned on a recent trip to the grocery store when she found a note in her cart that said she should 'buy that kid a muzzle.' Her 6-year-old son, Granderson, has autism and was imitating the sound of his favorite item, a fire alarm. Instead of asking Brittany questions, this rude stranger left a note and walked away..
