Anthony Yorfido, a 23-year-old young man with Down Syndrome, was upset after he wasn't able to secure tickets to the sold-out Steven Tyler show. But a chance encounter with the star at a local medical supply store led this super fan to the night of his dreams. Steven Tyler gave Anthony backstage passes and even called him on stage for some musical help. What an incredible moment!
