Billy is 17 years old and he has Autism. And Billy’s hero, Jim Cummings, just called him on the phone. Watching Billy’s face light up when he hears Tigger and Winnie the Pooh on the other end of the phone brought me to tears. THIS is truly a beautiful moment.
