Tom McIntosh was enjoying a country concert in Las Vegas with his wife when a shooter started to target those in attendance. Tom and his wife hurried to run to safety, but as they scaled a brick wall to escape the gunfire, Tom was shot in the leg.
By the time he made it to the other side, blood had soaked through his pants and filled his shoe. Someone tried to help Tom by wrapping his leg with a tourniquet and that's when James Lawson of the Army Reserve stepped in. James knew that the tourniquet was placed incorrectly and helped readjust the belt to stop Tom's bleeding. James helped Tom to the hospital and saw him off in the emergency room.
Today, these two are reuniting and it's absolutely amazing to witness. There's no doubt that James is a hero and a great example of true humanity.
