16-Year-Old Shannon Purcifer missed her high school Prom after being bullied at school. Shannon suffers from bowel disease and arthritis and her classmates rudely made fun of her for her illnesses. Because of this, Shannon didn't feel comfortable going to her prom.
Then, Shannon's community got word of her story and decided to rally together and throw Shannon her very own prom. Shannon was able to have her own prom that she could finally enjoy!
The support from her community was amazing. What a sweet gift to give to this precious girl, a day she'll never forget.
