Ricochet was born with one purpose: to become a service dog for those with disabilities. Despite excellent training marks, Ricochet’s bird-chasing was seen as a risk to those she would be assisting. At first, her owner was disappointed. But instead of looking at Ricochet’s weaknesses, she decided to focus on her strengths. And the inspiring message that followed has sparked a worldwide movement.
