94-Year-Old Betty Helmuth was in the midst of preparing for Hurricane Irma to arrive when she was greeted by some unexpected guests. Betty's granddaughter Rachel Copeland was really concerned about Betty's well being as the hurricane started to approach so she made an emergency phone call.
Rachel called up the local police department and asked them if they had time to check on Betty before the storm hit landfall. Not only were the police officers happy to help, but they also brought Betty some water, flashlights, and other hurricane supplies just in case. When Betty opened her door she was completely shocked. Her next few words were hilarious. She looked at all the police officers and said, "Oh my gosh! You're good looking!".
What a great way to lighten up the situation. Betty was beyond thankful for everything the police officers did for her. How sweet was Betty's granddaughter to do this?!
