A young boy was thrilled when he noticed a note on his toy police car outside his home one morning. It turns out an officer with the Carmel Police Department noticed the small car and left a thank you note to the boy for 'being a good guy.' This simple gesture went a long way in the eyes of this family. And for a little boy who wants to be a police man it was a dream come true. How sweet!
