Police Officer Buys Car Seat For Father In Need Instead Of Writing A Ticket

Father LaVonte Dell was immediately nervous when he was pulled over by Officer Joshua Scaglione. The officer looked in the back and noticed that LaVonte's 3-year-old daughter was in the backseat without a carseat. After asking some questions, Office Scaglione found out that this dad had been going through some tough times. That's when this kind police officer decided to give this father something other than a ticket. Together, they went to Wal-Mart and Officer Scaglione bought a brand new carseat for this family.
