In the UK, Pit Bulls are not allowed as pets, in fact the breed is banned. Indy is a therapy dog for her owner, who is Autistic. But she was taken from her home by the police just for being a pit bull. Thankfully after lots of work her dad got her returned home. But now she is forced to wear a muzzle whenever she goes out in public. Thankfully her story is shared so that we can all work together to make sure this doesn't happen to other dogs!
