When paramedics got a call about a car submerged in frigid waters they leapt into action. At first they didn't see anyone in the car but paramedic Todd Zobrist saw a carseat so he couldn't give up. It was his determination that lead him to find the 3-month-old baby hiding behind the backseat. Thanks to Todd risking his own life to save this baby. Our prayers are with this sweet baby.
