Dan Williams was struggling with no money and no phone to make it to his family half way across the country. He was sitting on the curb when Sergeant David McCoy saw him and offered to buy Dan a meal. When the Sergeant learned about Dan's story he and the other officers knew they needed to help. And seeing how they came together to help a stranger warmed my heart.
