Darcey was at the family's cabin on vacation playing with her kids in the creek when she noticed a baby boy in the water. When she reached in and grabbed 18-month-old Caden she knew he was dead, but refused to give up hope.
She sent her kids away telling them to call 911 and immediately started CPR on the little boy. Thankfully her determination payed off and by the time that the ambulance got to them Caden had a heartbeat and was breathing. There is no doubt that this little boy is alive today because of this super mom.
Now she is getting recognized for her incredible act and she got an even bigger surprise, a reunion with Caden and his mom. God bless this hero momma!
