For years there was memorial outside of the Chevron fence. No one knew who kept it up but when some updates needed to happen to the property the folks at chevron wanted to find out who was behind it all. That's when they put up a message and finally heard from Ray Olsen, who created the memorial for his son Raymond. When Chevron heard the story of this grieving dad they knew they had to help.
