After 9/11 chef Rob decided he wanted to use his training and time to say 'thank you' to the heroes who risk their lives to save us. So he started volunteering feeding firefighters on his own time. The friefighters he loves wanted to thank chef Rob for all he does so they contacted Kleenex for a bit of help. And seeing these firefighters surprise Rob with the cookbook he'd always dreamed of getting published had me reaching for tissues. What an incredible 'thank you'!
