Hayden Carlo is struggling husband and father who couldn't afford to renew his car's registration and still feed his family. So when he was pulled over he knew what was coming. When Hayden explained that he didn't have the money to renew his registration, the officer handed him a citation. But inside the papers, was a $100 bill. What that money did for Hayden's family is beautiful. God bless this police officer!
