12-year-old Alex was going to a store with his family when he noticed a man in a wheelchair struggling to get a door open. He wanted to do something to help.
So he started working on an app that would let people with disabilities find places that are more disability friendly. And though Alex is doing his best to help others he needs the money to help get the app off its feet.
And that's when Ellen and the kind folks of Shutterfly wanted to help so they surprised Alex with this check. And man what a big heart this boy has!
