Young Caregiver Sings 'In The Garden' During Her Dying Patient's Final Moments

It's not often that an 18 year old forms a bond with a 94-year-old, but Isabelle and Helen had a unique relationship. Isabelle works as caregiver at Life Care Center, where Helen has been a patient for 7 years. Their friendship blossomed when Isabelle would visit Helen's room and they would sing hymns together. Recently, Helen realized her battle with heart failure was near its end. So, Isabelle came in on her day off to comfort Helen with one of their favorites, "In The Garden". We're sure Isabelle's sweet voice gave Helen peace in her final moments. Wow this is beautiful!
