Ann Trachtenberg was fighting cancer chemo by chemo. And she joked with her family that on her last chemo she should be escorted to the car by a marching band to celebrate. Well this loving family decided that was a brilliant idea. And with some amazing help from the University of Wisconsin Marching Band they pulled off this surprise!
