When Jeni Stepien's dad died 10 years ago he donated his heart and saved the life of a stranger. So when Jeni's wedding day was quickly approaching she decided she wanted the man with her father's heart to walk her down the aisle. Seeing the two of them meet and share such a touching moment made me feel so hopeful. Wow.
