When Brittany Yost got married, she knew it was going to be special, but she had no idea how meaningful it was going to be. From the time Brittany was very young, she had always dreamed her Grandfather would be the one to officiate her big day.
Though unfortunately, in 2016 her grandfather passed away. Brittany's grandfather meant the world to her and she was heartbroken by the news. A year later, she was getting ready to be married and her family did something really amazing. In the weeks leading up to Brittany's wedding her family did something very special for her.
They spliced together a recording of her grandfather saying the words, "I pronounce you husband and wife, and in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. You may kiss the bride." and surprised Brittany with it during her wedding ceremony. Brittany was instantly overcome with emotion and started crying. She couldn't believe what she was hearing.
Brittany had nothing but love and gratitude towards her family for incorporating her grandfather into the wedding in such a special way. What an unforgettable memory! God bless Brittany and her husbands marriage.
