21-year-old Basilio Santano lost his sight after devloping Devic's disease. Basilio has always been a fan of Mickey Mouse and he finally got to travel to Walt Disney World. Seeing Basilio get to see Mickey by feeling his face is truly touching. And when he started tearing-up what a beautiful moment!
