Skylar Martin really wanted his 94-year-old grandfather at his Marine graduation. His grandpa was also a Marine and was Skylar's inspiration in becoming a Marine. Unfortunately, failing health almost kept Grandpa away as he was only give 2 weeks to live. This determined veteran made it to graduation. And, seeing the tears in this family's eyes as Skylar came to greet his grandfather had my eyes welling up too.
