5-month-old Cece is already growing so fast. She is blowing away everyone with already being able to speak. As her mommy bends over her and whispers something sweet, little Cece surprised everyone when she actually responded back with words.
You can hear Cece repeat the words 'I love you' when her mother is nearby. I had to rewind the video because I thought it might be a mistake, but the second time I heard the words 'I love you' clear as day. What a smart little baby.
I can't remember when I learned to talk but I know I wasn't this young. I am so glad they got this on video so they will be able to cherish it for a lifetime.
