15-year-old dancer Julia Carlile suffers from Scoliosis which could eventually end her dancing career. The surgery she needs means that she may never dance again, and every performance could be her last dance.
So friends from her dancing school decided to work with Julia and create an emotional routine for Britain's Got Talent. Their emotional audition sent them to the semi-finals, and when you see this incredible performance, you will be in awe.
