15-year-old Dean Brewer didn't have the best childhood. He remembers not having enough food to eat and barely getting by when he was younger. Because of this, Dean is always willing to help others in need. And that's exactly what he did when he saw 61-year-old Ruby laying on the ground on the street.
He kindly asked he if she wanted anything to eat or drink from McDonald's. She responded wanting a cheeseburger with no onions and a sweat tea. Dean went and got her the food and gifted it to her. She was pleasantly surprised and thanked him for his kind gesture.
