10-year-old Braden Baker was born with a hearing impairment. He's been wearing hearing aids since he was only 7 months old. But when Braden's dog ate his hearing aids not once, but twice, his mother had a serious conversation with him about how expensive they can be.
She explained to him that there are people all over the world with hearing loss that cannot afford hearing aids. This was extremely eye opening for Braden and he decided to come up with a way to help those people. That's when he started a fundraiser to help raise money for kids with hearing impairments all over the world.
Braden has since raised over $20,000 and is using that money to purchase hearing aids and personally go deliver them to people all over the world. What an amazing boy! I'm sure his mama is quiet proud of how he used his situation to help others!
