When a desperate man came into the police station wielding a knife, one police officer responded in a completely unusual way. Instead of sounding the alarm or attacking the man the police officer sat down and started talking to him.
Thankfully the conversation was all this man needed to change his mind. He gave the police officer the knife, and that is when the police officer surprised everyone and gave the man a hug. It turns out the man lost his job, his guitar was stolen and he was in a desperate financial situation.
All he really needed was a hug and some reassurance that everything was going to be okay. What an incredible act of kindness!
