Cena, a black lab, served three tours in Afganistan with the U.S. marines as a bomb sniffing dog. Cena's very best friend was Veteran Jeff Deyoung.
Cena means everything to Jeff and has provided so much love and comfort to him through the years. Jeff says Cena has gotten him through the darkest times of his life. Sadly, Cena was diagnosed with terminal cancer and would soon need to be put to sleep.
To honor Cena, Jeff put together a final farewell ceremony. He let Cena ride in a jeep with him at the front of the procession while other veterans drove together behind them to show their support. It was a special day dedicated to remembering all Cena had done.
