Police Sgt. Tim Gaughan went above and beyond the call of duty for a distraught stranger. When a 68-year-old found his car had been towed, he begged the officer for help. The stranger's wife was in the hospital and he had no other way to get back to her. So Sgt. Gaughan took him to retrieve his car and even paid the fine. What a generous act of kindness that won't be forgotten!
